General
1. Please take a few minutes to read the "Terms & Conditions" before placing orders from OneGooday Online Shop web site ("the Site"). These terms and conditions govern the use of the Site and the purchase of any merchandise from it. By visiting and purchasing merchandise from the Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges except for incorrect items or sizes sent.
3. OneGooday reserve all rights on alterations of site policies at anytime.
4. The Shop reserves the right to reject the application of any purchase without giving any explanation.
Shipping
1. We practise a 14-business-day grace period on all orders received before we send them out to allow PayPal sufficient time on verification processing.
2. All orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Post-SpeedPost/DHL.
3. Online tracking number will be provided to all international customers to track the delivery status.
Payment
1. We only accept payments via PayPal for international orders that are either verified or with confirmed address, order will be cancelled if the payment A/C does not meet the above requirement.
2. We allow C.O.D. for local purchase.
3. Refund on all unsuccessful orders will be provided to original payment accounts only within 48 hours.
